Invoicing And Payments Policy

1. Payment Terms: All invoices are due and payable by Australian Dollars (AUD) within the amount of days specified on the invoice. The accepted payment method for all payments is EFT bank transfer. 

2. Grace Period: A grace period of 5 business days beyond the due date will be provided to clients to make payments without incurring late fees.

3. Late Fees: After the expiration of the grace period, Developa Digital reserves the right to charge a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per month, until the payment is received.

4. Communication: We will send friendly reminders leading up to the due date and additional notifications after the due date has passed. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that payments are made on time. 

5. Escalation: If a payment remains outstanding after 5 business days from the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services or deliveries until the outstanding amount is settled. Persistent non-payment may result in legal action or engagement of a collections agency. 

6. Flexibility: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If there are difficulties in making a payment on time, clients are encouraged to contact us promptly to discuss the situation. We will assess each case individually and may consider alternative arrangements based on the circumstances.

7. Termination of Services: In cases of repeated late payments and failure to address outstanding balances, we reserve the right to terminate services (This can include but is not limited to domain names, website hosting, application hosting .ect) or contracts after 5 days of non-payment.

8. Review and Update: This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness. We reserve the right to update the policy as needed, and any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
